2018 Porsche Cayenne Loves Getting Thrashed (Video)

Watching a Porsche SUV going through rigorous testing is awesome!

The Porsche Cayenne has a reputation for being a high-performance grocery getter that’s driven by grizzled individuals for the simply task of completing errands. That, unfortunately, doesn’t do any justice for the Cayenne, as the SUV can really do it all. For individuals that need proof, Porsche put out a video on its YouTube page of the 2018 model being put through some pretty rough tests.

The new model is supposed to be even more of an all-rounder than the previous iteration. And if the video below shows us anything, it’s that the majority of owners won’t even get close to the SUV’s true potential.

Nothing, and we mean nothing can stop the new Cayenne. During the automaker’s endurance tests, the SUV goes through, hot and cold testing, up and down massive sand dunes, through enormous puddles of water, across rocky terrain, and other types of landscape. Watching the SUV get through blizzards and the soaring heat of the desert, makes us feel bad just thinking about how the majority of Cayennes will be used.
