2018 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo Heads to L.A. Auto Show

Hotly anticipated hybrid to make North American debut, Dec. 1.

We’ve already shared our excitement over Porsche expanding its hybrid range by adding a powerful plug-in hybrid to the Panamera Sport Turismo model line. Combining the 4.0-liter V8 engine from the Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo with an electric motor, the 2018 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo promises to deliver a total output of 680 hp and 626 lb.-ft. of torque, making it one of the most powerful production vehicles Porsche has ever made.

But it is not just power that makes the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo unique in its segment. Its concept — including a large tailgate, low loading edge,  and seating for five — means that the new flagship of the model line offers a high degree of everyday practicality too.

And beginning Dec. 1, Porsche enthusiasts will finally get a chance to check out the new ride up close at the 2017 L.A. Auto Show, which runs through December 10 at the L.A. Convention Center. But don’t worry if you can’t make it to the hotly-anticipated annual SoCal showcase because we’ll be sure to share right here in Rennlist a gallery of the 2018 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo straight from the showroom floor.
