1. IDL Design Porsche 997 C2S

This 2008 Porsche 997, designed by Kei Miura, took up residence at the Toyo Tires display at SEMA.  It represents the best of old and new, with a mix of styling elements.  On the outside, Sea Blue paint covers the body, which has a carbon fiber roof.  The stance is courtesy of an Air Lift Performance suspension, and 19" Rotiform LSR wheels are wrapped in massive 265/30ZR19 and 305/30ZR19 Toyo Proxes R888R tires.

2. RWB's Retro Offerings

In all fairness, Japanese tuner Rauh-Welt Begriff (RWB for short) brought not one, but five awesome air cooled Porsches to SEMA.  All featured the same widebody styling elements that the company is famous for, and all are equally awesome.  It's just the latest move for a tiny company that is quickly catching on with enthusiasts worldwide.

3. Magnus Walker's 911 67S RT

Magnus Walker is perhaps the most famous Porsche-o-phile in the world these days, and he's one of the few who would bring an unfinished car to SEMA.  But his 911 67S RT build is so cool, you can't help but admire it.  Magnus acquired the car back in 2007 as a rough and rusty beater, and has been lovingly restoring it ever since.  After sitting for years while Magnus contemplated its future, the rare ride is finally taking shape.  And what a beautiful shape it is.

4. Rob Ida's 930 Turbo

With all the wild and crazy modified rides at SEMA, it's rare to see a car that has received only a few tasteful upgrades.  But Rob Ida's 930 Turbo is one such car, and it's spectacular.  The 911 started out stock, but Rob caught the go-fast bug and slowly started adding parts.  Styling modifications are subtle but effective, and the original turbo six has been massaged to produce 500 horsepower.
