Default Not a good day...
Had my car into a local independent today for its first oil change. They found a chunk o' metal in the left rear tire which will require it to be replaced. I stopped at two tire shops on the way home - repair is not an option.

Unfortunately my tires only have 2k miles on them, so I need to buy one Pirelli. 305/30ZR20. $515 installed. Ka-ching!

It's off to the dealer tomorrow morning...

$515 is a touch high, but not really for a deaership. I have the tires at $420 before freight or install. At least they did not make you buy two!

Yeah, I called you guys first. Tuesday next week was too late for me. I paid a premium today, but its done.
