NorCal Bay Area Shop to Weld Coolant Lines?
I have a shop that will be working on my car...they don't pin or weld coolant lines.
They will give me the plenum to take somewhere to have it done. I'd prefer to have them welded, if possible.
Anyone have a shop do this for them in NorCal? Any suggestions on where to go?
Thank you kindly.

SharkWerks seems to be the go to shop for coolant fitting fixes in the bay area. I believe they only pin instead of weld. I think they saw some cars that were welded starting to have issues over time.

Better than welding and pressure testing? Pinning can leak too, no?

Thanks fellas, appreciate the input....I'm going through a transmission rebuild as well, so looking for shop that can/will do both. I think I found one.
Talked to Sharkwerks about it (just to get their input on pinning vs welding)...they say pinning is the way they go and they obviously do a lot of them.
FYI, they have one tech that does it and he is booked until June.

he will buy the sharkwerks pinning parts and do the actual work in his shop
other experienced shops who handle gt3's can do the same - alex at shark is of course the very source of this particular competence, but chasen has done many many as well
