There is a PCA breakfast on Friday morning the 21st at the LA Auto Show...its ticketed and includes Porsche stuff at the show. Info on their website. That same weekend they have an event out at (can't remember the name) Raceway...Porsche of North America is involved with both events.
Is anyone here familiar with the Best of France & Italy car show last weekend at Woodley Park in the Lake Balboa area. Very relaxed, a wide variety of interesting cars. The event organizers also state the Queen's English...which is ovciously for British cars. In both shows there are a full range of modern and classic cars...as well as parts for sale, food trucks, music, etc.
Would be nice to see a German marque event like that. Even just the big four German cars...VW, Audi, Mercedes and Porsche could easily provide an amazing variety of cars from their historys. Of course their are some East German cars in LA plus the micro cars too. I'll ask the people who put on the existing shows for some organization information and post it here if there is interest in doing something like this.
