If I put an ad up and someone is interested and wants to debate pricing via email, phone or PM great, I expect that. What I don't like is people who think they know better trying to save the world by chiming in with unsolicited opinions.

Id like to think I am not delusional...
But I explained my pricing rationale in the original post. If only folks would be so inclined and fully read OPs, I think alot of confusion/irritation can be avoided. I'm a reasonable guy, if you are serious want to negotiate off-line. I'm happy to hear it.
Constructive Criticism or not, is welcomed. It's at least a free bump.
Id like to think I have a thick skin. But I am appreciative of the Rennlist Overlords for the moderation.

Folks,
Unless you feel that there is verifiable misrepresentation by the seller (not that I see anything that would warrant this concern) or if you have nothing positive to say about the ad, then please refrain from leaving any pricing, leasing, etc. commentary. Let the market decide if the seller's price and terms are desirable.
If and when you sell your stuff, there is a high likelihood that you'll want people to keep their opinions to themselves regarding price (or leasing).
Thanks.

And Mark, great to see you're a moderator.

gorgeous
damn......
that was exactly the M3 color/wheels/configuration I was looking for, but decided to go with a SUV to compliment my 997.2 GTS.
Timing is everything or I would have been very interested to take over your lease.
BTW, I'm selling my 997.2 GTS cab with only 9957 miles, but not sure I want a SUV AND a sedan-- even if it is the ultimate sedan in a F80 M3
