I don't foresee the car having any frame issues, but I will make sure we know for certain before the car goes to a new home.
that's probably a good idea.... I bought a 'rebuilt' car before and had a nice surprise when I put it on the lift AFTER buying it. You can never tell what's going on under the car sometimes. I'm guessing since the NSX is ally, pulling/fixing a damaged frame requires a certain expertise.

Definitely not trying to give any buyers any surprises. The owner and I both want to be totally certain the car is good to go before selling.

Hey guys, quick update -

Drove the car all day Saturday. Man, what a fun car to drive. The attention you get is almost too much.

Took it to my mechanic, got the car up on the lift. He said the repairs from the rear hit all look professionally done, he didn't see any obvious problems. The repairs to the front passenger side look decent, but the seam sealant is beginning to separate, so that would need to be redone. All of the suspension is solid, and he found no mechanical issues, just the sealant beginning to separate. Driver side sealant is still from the factory, and perfect.

Right now I have an appointment with the alignment and frame shop on Thursday, but my mechanic is going to see if he can get the car in sooner. I'll keep everyone posted.

Dropped the car off last night, getting an alignment and getting the frame checked out today. Will keep this thread updated.

Couple updates -

Got to see the title, it says "REBUILT", no liens or leases or anything.

The car may be sold, I've reached an agreement with a buyer who has seen the pictures of the frame and knows exactly what's going on. He claims to be sending me a purchase agreement and deposit within the next couple of days. If it falls through for whatever reason, I will keep everyone updated. Likewise, I will update my thread when the car is confirmed sold.

The buyer couldn't have been a nicer guy, and he seemed overall happy with the car. Picked him up from the airport today, fueled up the car, and he drove off into the sunset.

^HAHAHAH JK! Just messing from the first page post about Salvaged!

I'm not a big NSX fan, but with the wide body and that color, she is sexy, just love it. Glad you sold quick I'm sure the new owner will be happy.

I took mine to s stereo shop 800 feet from the dealer, they would not touch it. Said parts way to expensive if they break something...
