Car History:
The car is an original CA car. It was purchased in Laguna Hils, CA. The original owner sold the car ~2011 to a guy in Anaheim. The car was sold in 2013 to the previous owner in the greater LA area who owns a BMW/Mini shop in Reseda. I purchased the car from him and drove it from LA to the SF Bay Area. It is always garaged. The car then moved down to San Diego with the 2nd owner where it stayed for about 7,000 miles.

Maintenance Summary:
Brake fluid: Bled @ 52161
OEM Air filter: OEM @ 52500
OEM Spark plugs: OEM @ 52161
Oil: Mobile 1 10-40 full synthetic, OEM filter @ 53614
OEM Windshield (old one had a rock chip in it) 9/25/14
Alignment @ 53614
Corner Balance @ 52000
OEM Water pump @ 39319
OEM Coil packs 9/2014
OEM Variocam solenoid 9/2014
OEM Fuel Pump 9/2014

Modification Summary:
OEM Euro GT3 Seats (fixed back w/sliders, leather)
OEM Tequipment Roll Bar:
OEM GT3RS Lightweight Flywheel/Clutch Kit
OEM 997 SSK
OEM Center Console Delete
OZ Alleggerita HLT Anthracite wheels (18x9f and 18x10r) with Nitto NT-05 tires (235f and 295r).
PFC08 Pads all around (brand new! 0 track days)
PFC Direct drive rotors all around, 350mm on all corners (brand new! 0 track days)
SRP Racing Pedals
Wevo Motor Mounts
Apex Wheel studs
OEM rear wing shims (both 4 deg and 8deg)
Coolant pipes/fittings welded
Guards diff rebuild kit (LSD works great on track)
TRG Rear Toe Arms
Schroth 6 point harnesses (OEM points are in the car and completely functional for daily use)
GT3RS FVD replica Ram Air scoop
Clearbra on the front bumper, about ⅓ the way up the hood and fenders and the side mirrors
Rennline Tow hook
Cargraphic front bumper screens (not currently on car)

Current Condition:
Currently, the car is in excellent condition. There are no outstanding maintenance items, this is a turn key car. All preventative maintenance has been completed and all records are available. The new owner will just need to continue with oil changes, brake fluid changes, tires and brakes as required.

There are no major blemishes to note. The car is driven on public highways in CA which means there are some small rock chips on the front bumper.

There is one spot where the clear bra has a small tear in it.

The interior is in absolutely spectacular condition. It is very clean. Both seats have intact bolsters with the drive side showing slightly more wear than the passenger side, as you would expect. However, the are no rips, tears or other material failures in either the driver side or passenger side bolsters.

He probably means 7,000 miles. The guy that owned it previously is a mechanic and owns a well known shop in LA. He took good care of the car!

GLWS!

When you drive a well set up 6.3 like this one seems to be. You don't care about the boxter headlights.
And to OP, great ad and GLWS. Maybe post a few more pictures. This car will sell fast.
