I am selling my Scion FRS track car. It started as a salvage title with minor cosmetic problems. Frame was straight.
The car is gutted with a roll cage, engine and drivetrain are fully stock, from air box to mufflers and suspensions. Only thing it really need is a set of coilovers. But stock suspension is already tons of fun.
The car was never raced, only 5 HPDE track day event since the build. I have a SCCA log book and cage is stamped. I also have personal logs of every track days.
ABS, traction control and all electronics are fully working. AC and all ventilation system has been removed.
The Scion FR-S is ton of fun around the track and to give you an idea I run around homestead in 1:50 in this car, while I was doing 1:46 with the 996. It is fast enough and maintenance cost are much lower than the Porsche.
It is a very easy car to drive, would be excellent for someone like me who want to focus on clean driving lines rather than raw power...and save on consumable.
Here are the details:

price correction after some feedback from FRS forum users
new price : $16.000
This will not last as I am looking at another car, but will only buy it if I can sell this one.
If the other car sale, then I'll keep building this car.
you have to seize the opportunity

Some asked me why the price is now $17k while it was $16k last year
I am just trying to recoup some of the money I put in since last year:
- full interior respray : paid $1800 for that.
- front brake pads installed last weekend.

After adding a bunch of thing to the car, I realize that I just don't have time to enjoy it....
$2459 RaceCompEngineering Tarmac2 2 way coil overs with 500lbs springs installed and 400lbs spring available
$800 Ground control camber plates with truss
$2099 AP Racing Endurance from essex
$495 open flash tablet - allowing to run the latest ECU firmware with a little bit of tuning out of the box.
$200 Carbotech XP12 front pads for AP Racing front calipers
$200 subaru nuts and bolts + under carriage aero
$120 perrin inlet hose
$100 braided brake line kit frotn and back with essex kit
$100 cage foam pads
$100 spot trace gps
$100 tow hook front and back
$95 perrin brake master cylinder brace
$55 whiteline differntial mount bushing insert KDT925
$40 perrin rear shifter bushin
$40 whiteline crossmember bushing insert KDT922
$30 whiteline gearbox bushing KDT926
$20 toyota obd2 cable with tech stream software
I also modified the electric wiring to remove completely all Airbag sensors and Radio/Speaker systems.
Powder coated the dash bar, which has a tendency to rust (ugly).
I re-installed fully functional door with electric windows and mirrors. I also trimmed the interior plastic panels to keep as much as the interior trim as possible. It looks really nice in there.
AC is back in the car, fully functional. Heater NOT re-installed but core is available.
Created a nice aluminum foot plate to protect the driver floor. looks very nice and fucntional.
Rollcage iis fully NASA compliant, I had to replace the diagonal bar ... $$$
Everything works, even the keyless remote and trunk opening. No CEL or ABS lights, traction control and ABS are fully functional.
This is a very nice and safe HPDE car. Actually I can't think of racing it because it is really nice and clean.
As before I have tons of photo in here and will add more to show the car as it sits right now:
