I am selling my 1995 993 C2 that I purchased in 2001 here on Rennlist. It is black & cashmere with 85K miles on the chassis but less than 22K miles on the engine, clutch, & suspension. I am a 25 year PCA member and certified PCA driver instructor and I spent a bunch of money on the engine & suspension; then our local track closed and the economy tanked. This car has a very nice street/track setup but only has a handful of track days on it. The reason I am selling is that I just purchased a 993TT. Here is a partial list of what has been done to the car:
• Engine rebuilt by Pat Williams at 64K miles (due to valve guides). 278 HP at the rear wheels. The entire engine was done, not just the top end.
• Lightweight flywheel, clutch, and slave cylinder replaced at the same time
• Guards LSD at 70K miles
• Steve Weiner/Rennsport chip
• ROW M030 suspension and new steering rack at 62K miles
• RSR mufflers and Fabspeed bypass pipes (factory cats included)
• RS motor mounts
• Motor sound package and wide oval exhaust tips
• Rennline strut brace
• Steering rack brace
• New rotors, stainless brake lines, and refinished calipers at 66K miles
• New windshield at 72K miles
• New starter at 80K miles
• 18” 3-piece OZ Superleggera’s with 1 year old Michelin Super Sports
• RS tail and front splitters (original parts included)
• Silver gauge faces (original black faces included)
• Hi-Fi door panels with new speakers & Kenwood stereo
• Bird armrest
• New rear fender stone guards
• Oil cooler bypass switch
• Airbag cutoff switch

The paint is original and very shiny but does have chips & scratches commensurate with age and use. Cosmetically the car is probably a 7-8 but mechanically it is a 10+. I change the oil every year with Mobile 1 (2-3K miles per year) and I just changed it for this year. I also just replaced the front brake pads (the rears are about 50%). This car has been my baby for the past 13 years, and while it’s no garage queen, it has been shown an incredible amount of love, and now it is ready to go to a new home. I was sad when I saw your for sale post as I recognized you as a long time 993 guy...until I saw the line about the TT. Pat Williams is the man...he set up my 993 back in 2005 and did an awesome job.
