Default Goodyear Endurance Trailer Tires

Anyone have any experience with these new trailer tires from Goodyear?

They are American made and come in an "E" load rating in the size I would use. They aren't cheap at ~$121.

I have a set on my trailer. Appear to be good tires. Made in the U.S.
Don't have enough miles fully loaded to judge durability yet.

I posted a shout out about these last Fall.

I just ordered a set of these to replace my cheap OE trailer tires. Hoping they do the job and last.

Michael and I did the same. Drop ship to Thunderhill. Swap them out while at the track! I put on a full set, even the spare. I'm very happy the speed rating is higher. To celebrate, I exceeded the speed limit all the way home.

^ I would not recommend mixing them with the Marathons. (different tread pattern)

I had a customer that just put a set of the endurance's on his Intech from the OE trailer kings and it was a great improvement.

Agreed. Its a trailer tire. How does one measure improvement and what does that really mean other than the placebo effect after having spent $s?

Performance to me here in Florida is no dry rot blow outs within 3 years of use I used to get maybe a year and a half on Marathon trailer tires started using good tire covers while it is stored outside and I doubled my shelf life just replaced all 4 after 3 years 4 moths without one blow out that is the kind of performance increase I can use.

Oh, oh! The punctuation key didn't work.

Interesting that you mention dry rot with all that humidity in FL and not saying anything about the manufacturing date of those tires.

Tires are always installed new from Tire Rack so I assume build date is inconsequential to my experiences.

As stated above, it was due to the dryrot on the tires. With that being said, I've seen much more dryrot on the marathon's compared to the trailking's

You also have a point on the placebo effect!
