Toyo RR tire pressures
#16
I'm not proud of my lap times while running the higher pressures. It wasn't the greatest weekend for me. The car felt much looser with the higher pressures and I backed off.

Just planting a little flag to a good thread and to say how great this little cars are. Had my first day in my new SPB yesterday at Limerock and was amazed by how tight, light, and agile it was. Pressures were 32-33 hot -- next time will try higher.

My quickest lap of the weekend at HPR was in practice 1 first lap on 1HC scrubbed tires. I only ran two laps. Hot Pressure 38. I couldn't believe it. It is all a mystery to me.

if you are aiming at 36, what do you start at?
my heavy boxster street S with Direzza tw180 I get 6-8psi rise in a 25min session at COTA with ~2.5degtres camber all around and spb suspension
i am for 32-34, so I start at 26-28 depending on track temps.
i mostly run st COTA with my S.
Thx,
mike
