Part # for metal clutch slave
I'm having challenges getting my clutch pedal firm and responsive
Plan is to replace all parts in the system - I have heard there is a later gen clutch slave that is metal and stronger
Can someone point me to the part #?
Thanks

The universal part number for me is John Gladwill's cell number.

Dude. What are you doing to those things? I'm on the same one for the past five years. I have gone through three engines though.

I've heard of bad engine mounts being an issue with transmission smoothness as well..

I just did my second transmission in 4 years of racing. And the last one came out of a crashed SPB.
Now I don't feel so bad. Hope that replacing all the parts fixes the problems.

Yeah my clutch doesn't really work so makes for a bit harder on the gearboxes - I like the every other season cadence

I'm not a wrench by any means but I've heard folks talk about bushings in the old 911s transmissions.
Could that have any relevance whatsoever here?

Hmm - it could be a few things - I have Brad (and John) on the case so am sure they will make it happen

bad clutch
Had a fellow SPB that complained all the time about his clutch pedal.
Found out he had the disk in backwards

Flat side toward the flywheel.
