Bilstein pss9 costumer service

I have lost the small dial to adjust one of my rear shocks. I have called Bilstein and have left 2 messages with the service person without a return call. Does anyone have a contact at Bilstein so I can get a replacement dial?

Huh, I've always just called their poway CA number and always been able to talk with someone and get stuff ordered or rebuilt. Haven't ever had to leave a message.....
