They are basically new, no repairs of course and no damage, 98% tread left basically none of the tread was used since these are only a few weeks old.

The second picture in your first post, its a front tire, where it says DOT, the number at the far right "4115" (12 O'clock position). That is the manufacturers date code which stands for week "41" of "15" (2015) which makes it the beginning of October in 2015.
Tires manufactured this week, March 25, 2017 would have the DOT number of "1217". This would stand for the 12th week "12" of 2017 "17" or "1217".
All of your tires have the numbers, I could make out 3 of the 4 numbers from your pictures. Now that you know, you can list the "date codes" and tell people they are 1.5 years old which is good.
