Thanks, my car had from previous owner most of the interior done from factory. The seatbacks were the only thing he did not order. Car has 56k miles and it looks like it came out of the factory!

I have been wanting to do this to my atlas grey cab. Would you have a link to the was technical book you mention above?

Man, I wish I could but my manuals are Porsche stuff can't distribute or make copies. Well, the tear down and assembly are critical. It's pretty tricky and lots of plastic fittings that if you force, you are paying.

Is the seatback removal a diy job for the average joe? Where can you get these manuals? My sport backs are scratched and I would love to have them painted but have no clue where to start.

Having used my '09 as a DD and kid hauler for almost 8 years, painting the seat backs is something I would like to do at some point. Nice work, OP! If logistics worked out, I'd send them to Eric, time will tell.
