This is not your father in law’s mid-life crisis Corvette. This C6R-inspired Z06 on steroids has been built into a track weapon designed to power past anything that stands in its way. The car was built from the ground up using a stock 2006 Corvette C6 Z06 with just 20,800 miles on the chassis. As a result, this car has a clean title and VIN making it possible to drive on the street, with minor updates, for those wanting to wow the crowds at their local Cars and Coffee. Make no mistake though, this car is a wolf in wolves clothing and was built to be at home on the race track.

The factory LS7 was the base for an extensive build to nearly bulletproof this engine starting with a Callies crank and rods and Wiseco pistons, all hardware has been replaced with ARP fasteners. The cylinder heads received 265cc head porting by PRC before receiving 3/8 pushrods, an LS7 competition cam and rocker trunion kit and dual valve springs with Titanium retainers. This mammoth is fed through a Fast 102mm intake manifold paired with an OEM ported 90mm throttle body and ZR1 fuel injectors. The factory OEM ECU and BCM have been tuned using a custom HP Tuners calibration built for this car with hours of programing to ensure a smooth power band for the track. The oiling system was updated with an ARE oil pan, Spintric air/oil separator and Lingenfelter high capacity dry sump system with -12 PTFE oil lines and twin oil coolers to make sure that the engine is properly lubricated during high G loads. The utmost attention to detail was taken to ensure all systems are properly lubricated and cooled using coolers, fans, and well-designed airflow, ensuring this freshly refreshed LS7 with less than 5 hours on the engine survives many track days to come.

Power is transmitted through a RPM T56 Transmission with 6060 front cover and fitted with a Quarter Master Twin disk clutch and cryo-treated 3:73 rear end. A Lingenfelter shifter and Tilton Clutch master cylinder ensures the driver never misses a shift. The transmission and differential are supported with ECS trans and differential braces and additional coolers have been installed for both units to make sure oil stays cool during those hot summer days.

To cope with the extra power provided by the built LS7, the car’s exterior and aerodynamics were treated to several upgrades to reduce weight and balance the aero. ACP World Challenge fenders help fit the massive 315 front tires with clearance to spare. The LG Motorsports carbon fiber hood not only reduces weight but helps evacuate hot air from the engine bay. The front and rear aero was provided by APR and includes a carbon front splitter, carbon rear wing with extended wickerbill. Carbon rocker extensions have been extensively tweaked on track using data analysis to ensure proper balance front to rear. Slowing this beast of a Corvette is aided by front and rear Brembo Monoblock calipers paired with PFC rotors front and rear. Custom air ducts vented from the front air dam, along with electric brake fans, help keep brake temperatures under control. The suspension is comprised of LG GT2 coilovers paired with PFADT racing front and rear sway bars and spherical control arm bushings with plenty of adjustment settings to help dial in the perfect setup track to track.

A pair of Sparco Evo race seats rest comfortably in the 6-point race cage with full dash bar and safety nets to keep both driver and passenger safe. The passenger seat is easily removable for time trials but currently installed to allow for in-car coaching. A GPS-equipped G2X RacePak data system is also included for training/coaching. Remote battery kill switch and fire suppression system which can be activated from the driver seat in the event of an emergency. A cool suit system is also permanently installed in the vehicle to keep the driver cool during the hot summer months, buyer is responsible for providing their own cool shirt.

The car recently completed a full refresh and is ready for HPDE or entered in SCCA or NASA events with competition log books included with the sale. Two sets of CCW wheels are included with sale both shod with Hoosier R7 slicks in 315/30/18 and 345/35/18 sizing, a complete set of Continental rain tires are also included unmounted. Proven to be a reliable contender at tracks across Florida, the owner is currently moving up a class and selling this vehicle to make room for this acquisition. It will be right at home at High Performance Driver Education drivers garage or in competitive time trials and wheel to wheel racing. This car is priced at $56,900 with title, a clean Carfax, and no accident history for a quick transaction and immediate delivery.

This is such an amazing car. If I thought I could register & smog it in CA so it could be driven to the track then I'd be all over this.

Are the black & silver portions of the "graphics package" towards the rear of the car a "wrap" that can be removed or are they painted on the car?

I'm not normally a big Vette fan, but that thing is sick. Well done.

Nice. Quite a lot of bang-for-the-buck.
