There was a time….. a long time ago. It was a lonely time – one filled with uncertainty, insecurity, and perhaps a touch of overconfidence. There was the belief that the limiting factor was the car. That being a parts-swapping-monkey would somehow allow the destruction of our very own time-space continuum as our vehicle defied the laws of physics – piloted expertly by our Andromeda sized testes at a rate that rivaled even the most expert of pilots.

And then there was me. Believing that I should, perhaps, just learn to drive without modifying the car. See – the last guy that owned these – yeah, he was a freaking stud. Me? Not so much. I didn’t have the guts. I lacked the courage of my conviction. I should have gotten a tattoo as well – but I didn’t. Same reason. These things are all go – and very little show.

If you are the kind of guy that can end a fistfight with just a glance –intimidate a bear by popping the collar on your Izod shirt – the kind of guy that drips quiet confidence – then these are for you.

I wasn’t worthy.

I bought these solid (the opposite of hollow) 3-point adjustable sway bars with Motorsport drop links and solid ball ends from another forum member. He bought them from this shop here….. RIGHT HERE--- http://orbitracing.com/racing for use on his GTS.2 PDK car.

These are the very bars and links that were being used on the Rolex GTS cars – ‘UUUUGE man-nads required to drive these speed-sleds. ‘UUUUUUGE!!!!!!!

Please keep in mind – I never installed them. I cowered in the corner. I hid from their awesome power. I wasn’t ready. And that may have been the very thing that saved my life. (Disclaimer: They may not have had anything to do with me being alive either). I’ve been afraid of them ever since. They have haunted my dreams – hanging on the wall of my garage…. Taunting me. Beggin me for a new home. Yearning to be set free – to live out their life of servitude being endeared by someone ready to take the next step. A step towards greatness. A step towards Driving Demi-God.

Are you that person? Are you ready? Please adopt these bravery-in-bar-form, slayers of the streets, tyrannosaurs of the track before they light my house on fire out of boredom.

Help me…. You’re my only hope.

(Fast radio talk here: For real – I never installed them. All ((okay, most)) information is what was relayed to me by the original owner – so I merely pass along to you. I know very little about them – but here is the original for sale ad from him… https://rennlist.com/forums/parts-ma...t3-brakes.html )

Bilge pump not included in sale.

Not Tarret drop links - Motorsports.... and if they were Porsche OEM - I would say that they would have OEM part numbers on them (which they do not).

"The force is weak with this one." But I'm sure a Jedi can be found to wield these in anger. If my 986 could have used them, I might have been that Jedi. Good luck with the sale.

Actually, those links are from a company called PowerGrid, Inc. They sell aftermarket links for a variety of applications, and their big claim is that the link ends are as quiet as stock ends -- as opposed to heim-joint links, which rattle, squeak and groan. Those links are also re-labeled and sold by other companies (Anze for one).

Those are good links, and I've used them in the past without any problems, but they are not genuine Porsche Motorsports parts.

Excellent - thank you for clarity - like I stated in the above... the information that I have posted is the information that was passed along to me.

Given better identification - I will reduce the price to $550 shipped.

You need some sort of spacer to use the rear GT3 sway bar on a wide body 997 C4 or C4S. It goes on the mount and pushes it out a bit for clearance. I know since I have been pricing sway bars, end links, and monoball goodies. It's about a 120 dollar part(s).
