Hmmm Does the heating have to be pre-wired from the factory or is it self contained plug and play? I have a 15 Macan and would love a heated wheel lol.

the button and wiring, plug is there for the heated wheel.

yes it will fit, there is a youtube video that the wheel was installed in a 987 cayman with a tiptronic. the paddles were functional, there was some programming that needed to be done.

It is not plug and play for heating function. Check with Suncoast. You will need additional part plus reprogramming.

It will fit with a new airbag, but it will not function. The multi-function buttons won't work.

The airbag will not function? I could care less about heated wheel - I can't believe a sports car even comes with a heated wheel. Oh well, I guess the operative word is "sports car".

Airbag is different for 991.1 and earlier cars, also Macan, etc.... This SW is newer version based off the 918.

The wheel and airbag will function on a 997 and up Porsche's. You will need the wheel, any new style airbag from a macan , 911, cayman, boxster ...and on. They are all interchangeable.

If you don't already have a pdk, it will require a module and programing.
