I have an AM General M998 for sale. It was recently serviced and needs nothing mechanically. It has 2 new tires and a spare. This is a fun toy. It is located in Phoenix and is street legal. It has the 6.2L non turbo diesel motor.

No steel doors or rear roof. Those can be easily had for around $6-8K.

It has the soft top.

I'd love to buy one of these but don't know anything about them. Is there a forum where I can do research?

Do these things pass SMOG and can I import it into Kalifornia?

It has passed smog in AZ. I have been working with a 3rd party. CA tags shouldn't be an issue. My buddy had two near the Bay Area licensed with CA tags.
