Yes, it will. But, you need to make sure it's installed properly -- both preload and backlash need to be set correctly, same as any diff replacement.

Probably a PDK. Don't remember. I was told that there is no difference between the two. It should fit both 987.2 PDK or 6 speed cars.

If your PDK car did not come with an LSD from the factory you cannot use this.

The transmission cases are different.
