Default 996 TT short shift

Category: Accessories
Price (no $ sign please): $100
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 986, 987, 996, 997
Location (Region): NorthEast
Item Condition: Used

Short shift from my 996TT that I have since sold. It came with the car, though I decided to replace it with a standard throw.

$140 including shipping to the lower 48.

It worked as expected, though note the worn rubber on one of the connectors (as seen in one of the pictures)

Thanks!

Sorry for the late response - No, I do not know what brand it is.

Thanks,
Shawn

Looks like either the B&M or there were many of us that bought a B&M knockoff from TruSpeed a few years ago - I just had it installed in my car after I forgot I bought it and I like it a lot. Notice that the shift lever does angle towards the driver - it took a little getting used to but I like it.

When installed, I did not notice it angling towards the driver's side. I tend to notice those things if it did...

Still available, make an offer

Suppose it would fit a non-turbo 996

Will this work on a C4S? Part number?

Looks like B&M short shifter (or knock-off) inside a 996 OEM shift housing. Does need new socket for the 1-6 portion but can be ordered from dealer.
