Default 996 Turbo - local examples?

Looking to shake the tree here for a buddy of mine. Looking for a driver, priced right, with minimal stories.

Do either of these ring a bell?

The black one has seen paint, but good options (PSS9, new brakes and tires, decent wheels, exhaust, flashed).

Previous owner was north of Montreal (last name Olivier?). Serviced by Hassan at European Motors.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or cautionary words on either of these.

Cheers

Yup. Hence the post.

Was too $$$ and its not perfect (paint and mileage) but curious if it's been checked out and failed for something major or undisclosed.

Silver one looks interesting.

Who knows.

Will try to track down Hassan or the PO and have a quick chat.

Cheers

To me the extra "goodies" don't really add any value but that's my opinion. I wonder if it pops out of 2nd or if the front diff/trans output shaft still works... What always worries me are cars that are over prepped for sale or has been for sale for ages. . Meaning everything is ULTRA shiny and stinks of cleaners "hey that should be a matte finish and not gloss"

There was one "for sale" Blue on tan.. Owner was holding firm at 50k non nego. Needed a clutch accumulator and slave (Pedal was rock hard) and needed DVs. That being said it's scary how most people seem to think that the rock hard clutch pedal is normal when in reality it should be very light.
