A friend of mine has a black on black convertible (comes w/ hardtop as well) stick E30 325is that AFAIK he is looking to sell. I would classify it as a project car - it's cosmetically and mechanicaly challended due to a crappy respray and some electrical gremlins - but it is complete and it drives. I can put you in touch with him if you're interested.
