Up to date Insurance Help
Hi folks
Looking for some suggestions on good insurance companies. I have a 993 Targa and have usually posted on the 993 forum or the Middle East forum as up till recently I was based there and owned the car there.
Recently we moved to Singapore and I could not take the car with me so it is in a mates garage still in Dubai.
I am likely to be here for some time so the plan is to export the car back to UK, store it in my sons garage and insure it so he can take it for a drive (not a spin!) every now and then.
I know exporting it to the UK is not the most financially sound idea (VAT applies) however if I sell it in Dubai, the chances of me being able to get another one later will be minimal and also, having spent a fair chunk of money on it I want to kep it as its just such a great car.
So,after all that blah blah, my question is any recommendations for insurance companies in the UK. Note its LH drive which is ok as later when we're back in the UK, the plan is to spend lots of time in Europe anyway.
