Hi. I recently made a huge error when I bought a 6 month old cayenne.
It has a fantastic spec list- but I didn't check of it had Bluetooth!
Unfortunately I found when I was driving away, and I have checked the advertised spec and it did not say it had it.
So, I am stuck with a car without phone prep - which unfortunately is absolutely essential to me as I spend 25% of my day on the phone!
My local stratstone Porsche garage have been very helpful in checking the spec from the chassis number ( because the could not believe a 2012 car didn't have it!) and priced up the parts to retrofit- but gave up after it got up to ú2,500k!
I am gutted because the tech guy said he wouldn't be able to fit, nor would after-market Bluetooth systems work - because the cables are all optic fibre and you can of just cut into them like the older wires.
Does anyone know of any options or specialists who may be able to help me?
Can't see anyone producing an aftermarket one because no-one orders one without Bluetooth these days.
