Default Central FL engine rebuilder shop

I did the search and nothing came up.

I am looking for recommendations for a top notch shop to do an upper end rebuild and maybe new rings & hone, from someone who has actual experience with the shop. No hearsay, personal satisfied results!!!

Thanks in advance for your input!!!

RS Ranger,

Thanks, I saw their ad in Grass Roots Racing mag. I like their idea of steel sleeves for the jugs. Some $$ for that. I will give them a call.

I drove out to the JB Racing shop to check them out. I spent a couple of hours talking with Mike and had the grand tour of the shop. The place is neat, clean and organized. I dropped my engine and trans off to get the work done. My engine will get new rods and bearings, the case drilled for center bearing oil passage, new rings, turbo studs, new valves, springs, and lifters. Mike said the jugs are in great shape, nice round bores. Also the SAI ports are super clean!!!

No sleeves for the jugs, not recommended for a street car.

I will be installing a new power steering pump belt, along with a new light weight flywheel, GT3 clutch disc, etc...

When all done, this will be like a new, 0 mile engine. Sweeeeeeeetttt

Good to read that you're happy with the planned rebuild.
I am totally satisfied with the work they did for my engine.
