OK folks, it's time for another drive!

As discussed briefly in another SBBC thread, the plan is to do a lunch drive to Alabama Jack's.

Saturday, August 1st, the meeting point is at 11.00 am in Dunkin' Donuts right off of Golden Glades interchange (see map below).
This is a good central location for North & South folks (although we can "pick-up" people from that service plaza along the turnpike if needed) and is right where 826 starts so it's easy to start the trip to Jack's from there

From there, we'll head South, 1st on 826 to 836 then to Turnpike South until it turns into US-1 and then to Card Sound road to Alabama Jack's.
If we leave at around 11.30, we should be there around 12.30.

Then lunch, the usual Porsche talk, bull**** & whatever! Who's in?!

Good, I think MJ will be back in town by then so him & Rudy will most likely join as well.

It's very quiet here nowadays so we need to put the word out to those who usually are into these things!

Hey guys,

How about if we change the date to Saturday, August 1?

That would work for Rudy, MJ and for me, this Sunday doesn't for MJ & R. Maybe this would be better for others as well as then it would not be in such a short notice.

Let me know!

Everything else would remain the same, just the day would change.

I could do either day.
However I believe the better turn out would be Aug. 1 because of advanced notice.
Also, in my opinion, the better meeting place would be at the last turnpike plaza
snapper creek like we did for the key largo run.

Guys, good to see/hear more people are able to join! It's about time for us to do something!

My apologies but it seems that 8/1 suits more people (at least 4 more will be coming if it's 1st instead of 26th) so we have to go with that.
Let's do another run soon (with earlier notice) and regular SBBC breakfast drives as well so then you and others will be able to join as well.

I'm not sure about the Snapper as a meeting point.
It's of course good point to meet but then there will be less driving together as a group and that's big part of the whole drive. Snapper is so close to the Jack's.
The route from DD via 826 & 836 is a nice drive (it's really nice as here in S. Fla there are basically no nice drives but it's an easy way and nice speeds) and coming to DD off of I-95 is easy.

What does everyone think?

If most of the guys like Snapper Creek, I'll change the time to 12.00 am at Snapper.

Snapper Creek or DD at 163rd off of I-95?
My vote is for DD @ 163rd as then the drive will be longer.

We need to know who wants to meet at 163rd (11 am) & who at Snapper creek (12 pm)?

If nobody is coming to 163rd, I'll also just drive straight to Snapper Creek.
