Once upon a time, long, long ago, well before John D and I talked about creating a Florida region subsection, a bunch of us in the Broward/PB area used to meet every month or so on a Saturday at Hooters.

It was uber casual and a great way to meet local rennlisters. I'd like to see it resurrected.

Any interest?

Maybe we can meet at MJ Speed's new shop when it opens in mid-May.

The Florida forum tends to be a little....quiet, so let me chime in. I think the Hooters meet up sounds like a good idea (the one in Pembroke Pines is a decent location). Would be nice to meet local rennlisters. Let me know if you get these meetups resurrected.

The event at Champion was great; cool cars, good food and several nice examples of future ex-wives. It was very nice to see Rico and Danny Ocean again. I'm looking forward to the June 6 meet-up to see Rico's new ride.

I hope you all have a great Holiday weekend. On Monday, I'm taking the 996 out with a pack of Harleys around Lake Okeechobee (They think I'm riding the bike - not gonna happen, way toooo hot - I need A/C and cup holders and I'll be taking pics). (gotta drive the blue car as the GT3 still needs some basic maintenance issues - waiting on my Indy to open up........... Helloooooooo MJ???)

btw, these are HOGs, not badazz bikers, unless the smell of PoliDent scares you.
