I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue... I browse rennlist on an iPhone and frequently when I switch to a thread or change pages I am instead redirected to one of many ads that typically say something like "Congratulations, you're our lucky winner of the day" for a gift card or some such thing. The problem is they typically self-redirect and have a message box appear. A few self redirect dozens of times so I can't even get to the thread I clicked. Every time I get one I close the window. Sometimes I don't even bother to find the thread after that. This also happens at 6speed for what it's worth.

I'd really love these to die. Not because it's an ad but because it's flat out obnoxious to go to the silly ad in place of the content I requested and not be able to get out aside from blowing the whole browser window up.

I have the same issue on my iPhone. Only started happening recently. I have to close the window and reload to get back to rennlist

Just wanted to bump this - it can be really annoying as sometimes it will happen 5-10 times in 20-30 minutes.

Do any of you recall seeing a Western Union ad on the screen before the redirect? We are trying to pinpoint the ad partner that is responsible and hope to have this fixed soon.

What would help us the most to pin these buggers down, would be any recollection about ads on the screen *prior* to the pop-up or fullscreen ad takeover. Seeing the ad itself doesn't actually help us narrow down the source at all

It's mobile and doesn't load a visual ad. Usually while the site loads a new thread once you reach the end of one, an ad between them preloads. Instead of a banner loading, the ad it pulls the browser into the redirect by activating a pop up notification. The pop up is always present so it may offer a clue as to the vulnerability. For me this is on Safari for the iPhone.
