What is required to post a listing in the marketplace? I have ability to post, PM, etc but when I try create a listing it tells me that I don't have privileges to access that page...searched around but cannot seem to find the answer...

You need to be a paid member to sell your private, non-commercial items on Rennlist. Look near the top of the page to the right and click on "Premium Membership."
