IB/RL overlords,

Please get rid of the "Search..." box at the top of the page. It uselessly searches the entirety of RL, so useful info is buried by the volume of info. Newbies get tricked by this all the time.

Or improve the box to have:
1. search all RL
2. search by subforum
3. search by subforum advanced

The current subforum search is hard to find at the right of the forum listings and newbies constantly have issues searching. I'm tired of having to post the picture:
