Do you have to be a paid member to access Off Topic?

I'm registered , confirmed, and logged in, but I don't have access there.

How long after you've paid your membership should you expect to wait to be able to access those areas again? I just renewed (should've renewed in March) a few days ago so I don't expect to get access right away. Not complaining, just wondering if I need to do something else like logout, and log back in? Thanks!
