Pulled the trigger....
Didn't think the right car would come along this soon, but here it is:
2009, C4, PDK, Meteor Grey. A solid 9-out-of-10. Passed a 3-hour PPI with flying colours including an oil analysis done by Wear Check in Burlington. Interior is mint - only one blemish easily remedied. Exterior is also very good. Front end is wrapped in clear. Two set of wheels - the ones shown here (19-inch), plus a set of 18-inch for winter (swapping them on this weekend.
Pictures in its natural state as a full-on DD in winter. Drove my 2 teenage daughters to school yesterday complete with backpacks and an art project.

Congrats! Very nice. Good decision on Wearcheck, they are top notch and use only the best equipment. I'll keep an eye out for you in the neighborhood as I am at RY and Bloor.

As I said, I was not expecting such a nice a car to come along so quickly in my search.
Having hesitated in the past and regretted, this time I acted. I guess one learns a thing or two as we get along in life. And i plan to just drive it (and take care of it of course).

Sweet, congrats!! I looked at this car in in December in Oakville but ended up talking myself out of it. What a mistake - it looks so great in the wild! Enjoy in good health!!
