Good news, Brian, hope there's little/no damage.....years ago my dad had his Pontiac stolen from a mall parking lot--they found it the next day in a real BAD part of town. It was up on blocks with wheels gone, as well as a good portion of the interior.....

Buy something cool at the auction!

These guys are going above and beyond what normally happens when a stolen vehicle is recovered.

They found it at Dufferin Mall in the underground. The police have been fantastic. They've been updating me since Thursday. I even got a call yesterday for an update. The officer that found it must have called me at least 5 times today giving me info.

They must have really wanted the salmon that I purchased at Loblaws 30 minutes before it was stolen. They probably followed me.

Well Loblaws does have good salmon ... they were obviously cat burglars that smelled something fishy with your truck.

Make sure you're reimbursed for the Salmon...probably worth more than the Chev ;-)

Also get reimbursed for a thorough cleaning if they are getting the truck printed. That powder leaves a mess and its very hard to get off, especially in fabric.

I had a car stolen on two seperate occasions. On both the printed. Sounded like it was mandatory and the first time they seemed put out by having to do it. Second time they busted a big theft ring thanks to my Lojack so I suppose they were happier.

I will, that's why I had it towed to a body shop.
They can detail it when they gets towed there.

Yes or the engine could have left running for days before it ran out of gas. There is no intention of fraud or at least that's not what I was thinking.
