Hi Everyone just a quick update.
The Rennlist Hotel has been booked (Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg) and our nightly rate is $145 USD. This was the best we could do on Friday April 21st as there's a number of sports teams in town and most hotels are booking up (hard to get more than 10 rooms in one single hotel).
You can call the hotel at 1-717-561-8100 and book your room using the RENCAN group booking deal.
There are 5 doubles and 5 singles available.

I called the Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg EAST at 4021 Union Deposit Rd and they couldn't find the Rencan group booking so I didn't reserve a room.
That is the correct HIE right?
Can you verify the group booking and let us know?
And I'm in for Thursday night.

Another update:
Departure Details - Friday April 21st at 7am Porsche Center Oakville
We thought leaving Thursday would be a better option but after receiving requests to keep it at an early am Friday departure due to work on Thursdays and traffic across the GTA, it makes sense to keep it at a Friday early am departure. We will leave Porsche Center Oakville at 7am sharp. Make sure you get there early enough in advance to collect walkie talkies and exchange phone numbers with destination meeting points handed out.
