At the LA autoshow and was chatting to BAC, they make the Mono a lighweight single seat car - effectively a racecar for the road, under 600 Kg with a. 305 HP Ford engine.

They are. In discussions with a Toronto dealership about bringing them into Canada - not sure if they would be street legal but look like a lot of fun.

Oh and these cars were customer cars - the one I'm next to is owned by DeadMaus if the logo didn't give it away - I don't think the public will get this close but the show hadn't officially opened yet :-)

It will be interesting to see if they can make it road legal and keep the price out of the stratosphere.

225 USD with options extra, according to the guys here 260 is a typical retail with options.

I'd go for the KTM X-Bow, way cheaper though still too expensive in my opinion.
