Phill all those locations sound feasible to me and hope to meet you guys there even if my car isn't on the road yet.

Great job !!
Not questioning whether I can get there cause of course that's not the issue. Just wondered if there were some runs as part of it. I am not well qualified to organize a run as don't know the west end that well but thanks for the info. But will pass by on the way to Hershey!!

I'm in. There aren't too many Porsche guys who complain about having to drive a little further. Vroom

I haven't heard of any in awhile. We do meet up at the Brock monument for the Fall Fun Run...but that's only in October.

It's a bit of a trek for you from Niagara so why not start one out that way? Some of us that are a bit further out of the Toronto core have our own monthly meet (Group 905) but still attend the GTA. Once in a while.

Just put out the word on this and other forums. You'd be surprised how many may show interest out that way.

Been thinking about how to evaluate the various locations so as to come to my own preference. My own criteria are:

Location itself:
1: quality of the parking lot
2: nearby shelter if it rains
3:distance to coffee
4:breakfast availability
5:washroom availability

Getting there
6: Time and distance to get there
7: Time to get back.

I will score each location this way. Are there other lhiings I missed? Curious to hear other opinions.

8: Wind conditions for lighting up cigar.

Shade for those days of blistering sun. I remember part of the season everyone getting away from the wall to get under the sun as its cold. Others when we are looking for any type of shade we can find.

Shade would be useful. For sure, no one place is going to have everything, but hopefully one of them will have most things.

I have a strategy in place already. I bought a LotoMax ticket. When I win I promise to build the ultimate GTG location:

- Large parking lot with lots of artfully arranged containers for the photo enthusiasts.

- Walk-in humidor...Hmmm, maybe a converted container?

- Blow torches strategically arranged throughout the lot to relight cigars during hurricanes.

- Large shaded wall

- 30 urinals on said shaded wall

- Opposite side of the wall to be made of a highly polished reflective surface so attendees can check their rides out while driving in.

- Full service cafe with Baristas hired exclusively from the Ford Modelling Agency.

Please add your build requests!

Any AutoCad jockeys out there willing to draw this thing up? I feel I might hit the jackpot this week so we'll need to move fast!

An onsite detailer would be helpful if you can include it

Looks like great plan, looking forward to getting back to the Saturday AM meets! I'll be at most of these for sure.
