I'm curious to see what Gear Rower runs. The Search is on.

Grand Bend Raceway is a great place for Porsche owners from South West Ontario to gather. I'll post all the Car Lapping Dates when they are announced.

Thumbs up

I noticed that TrackSculptures.com out of Texas has Grand Bend Raceway Mod Circuit, Long Track Circuit, Screaming Alien Circuit and the popular Technical Circuit Wall Art as well as Track Decals available (also TMP, Mosport and other Ontario Tracks).

Cool

2015 saw a significant increase in the amount of Porsches running Thursday evening regular Grand Bend Raceway car lapping events. It would be wonderful to see another increase in 2016. Great place for Porsche owners to meet up, even if you don't want to Track your car, I find it more interesting than a coffee shop parking lot.

Spring is coming.

Who is planning to attend some Grand Bend Raceway events in 2016? Did you make or are you planning to make any changes to your car in 2016?

Question

Will Porsche of Canada again use the Bend to introduce new Models like they have in the past? The new 911 Turbos and the 718 Boxster and Cayman? I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Porsche of London have hosted introductions there in the past.

Hang out at the Track and visit other Porsche owners ( as well as other makes ), perhaps get a ride around the track in a GT3 RS and then go into Grand Bend for dinner. Great place to go for a cruise and grab something to eat.

Bronson7, it would be nice to see your Yellow GT3 in person. Thanks for showing interest. Same to you 993GT.

For those who have never been on a Track, there are three run Groups, Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced. Or come to watch and see what it is all about and get your questions answered.

What does it cost to rent the track out? Might be fun to do another rennlist track day. My folks have got a place 10 minutes down the road from there, so we might be able to host a bbq as well.

I've ordered a White RS with black wheels and white instruments. Low option car. Scheduled to arrive at Porsche of London by mid April. Then off to Pfaff Tuning for a GMG Bar and belts.

Christien - that would be great. I would suggest emailing Paul at Grand Bend Raceway for a price ( pspriet@sprietinvestments.com ), I believe it is reasonable. Their 2016 Dates are filling up.

I started running at Grand Bend with my 2010 Boxster, then a 2012 Cayman R, then a 2015 GT3 and Track Fever forced me to order the RS. I've enjoyed running each one to date. If I wasn't car lapping, I would have kept the 981 Base Boxster, it was the most fun on the street. We are very fortunate to have a Track in this region of Ontario.

Thanks John. I'll gauge interest, then see where it goes from there.
