I heard you bought Opo's Turquoise Blue 993 Tip....congrats!

Why sell the 50th? Such a lovely car...I wonder how much one could lease that car for?

You are selling a 911/50 to get a 12 year old 993 with tip? Were all your stocks in Crimea based companies? Just wow.

The super low mileage tippy in question is also one of 10 Riviera Blue 993 cabs ever produced ...(And not sure if you've seen what's happening with 993 values lately but....)

I agree, just don't see any logic in this decision. I'm not knocking a 993. But who buys a brand new high end sports car just to try and sell 3 weeks later?

If this were me I would not post about it on the net, just sell it and move on.

Just sayin.

I am quite familiar with all 911 models. I have owned a new carrera 3.2 and a 964. I understand what a 993 is what its value is. I also know that tiptronic wasn't very popular and quite a step down from how PDK works. I actually have a friend currently selling a 2003 silver C4S. The color is unusual but its just a color. The 911/50 would drive like its from another universe compared to a 993. For the money it would be a fun car but in no way comparable. The OP also changed the rear lights, purchased snow tires and ordered a custom steering wheel. So it's odd that it's going so fast. I'd be checking carfax and hope Quebec actually enforces that kind of stuff. Just smells fishy to me.......no matter how low mileage the 993 is.

Default to anybody that wants to know

I have had over 60 Porsches,the last 7 were 997s before the 991.
I have other Ps besides this 993,which was an opportunity for me.
BTW; Anyone can buy as many NEW cars anytime they want.
