Default anybody drive a 700 ft lb porsche 997tt as a daily driver?

anybody on this forum drive a 700 ft.lb porsche 997tt as a daily driver

for abut $2,000 you can pop a 997tt up to 700 ft.lb torque with 100 octane with just software from apr tuning.

takes about 30 minutes over lunch to do at georgetown vw.

I've been driving other cars with apr tuning and cobb tuning for a few years now - just hit 1 million km total with no issues what so ever.

how do you daily drive a car running 100oct? spend wiser(more) and get the same(but reliable) power on 91/94oct...
other than that, no issue daily driving a 997tt

100 Octane RON (rest of world rating system) is roughly equivalent to 94 Octane (us/Canadian measuring method).

How's the GT2 treating you Rob?

ya good point if its 100RON vs AKI...APR is expensive and somewhat unknown is the Porsche world despite their dominance with VW/Audi, check out UMW, EPL, 911Tuning, or locally, Magnus Motorsports/

GT2 is great, love it to bits! fast and raw but driveable enough to use regularly during the nice months, lots of parts('performance' and maintenance/refresh going/gone in)

Will probably be re-tuning(on 91oct. for easy availability/consistency anywhere in NA) with one of the above tuners in the Spring, wastegates + injectors at same time, currently an EVOMS stg.2 setup...
main focus is going to be chassis/suspension upgrades, where the real fun is.
