Has anyone won a maintenance package from Porsche Canada?

Update: as Laurance of Porsche Canada explained, there was an official promotion at the time. I'd like to emphasize that I am not suggesting that my Porsche dealer and salesperson have done something wrong, nor do I think that they have mistreated or manipulated me in some way. I especially wish my Porsche salesperson well.
Update2: I edited my original post because it was unnecessarily speculative.
Porsche Canada has informed me that they periodically offer promotions such as maintenance packages or discounts for certain leases/purchases. Everyone can "win" one by purchasing the models specified on the official webpage located at: http://porschecentre.ca/specials/. In my case, it was the base Cayman.
I originally assumed that the headquarter would send me a more detailed welcome package in relation to the promotions. I later learned that promotions received are logged in the database but one may not always receive a package in the mail. Unfortunately, my misunderstanding caused me to write something out of frustration, namely an implied connection between me informing the dealer about a potential problem with car noise and me receiving a promotion, which was a groundless association. The official promotion is open to everyone, so there is no reason to doubt that my salesperson has treated each buyer equally and with integrity, and whether I had issues with my car should have nothing to do with me receiving the promotion (in my case, I think my car is running fine).
Bacura: my salesperson's words were "I hope you find our services excellent", which I later misinterpreted due to my frustration at the time. He never made any demand from me in exchange for receiving the promotion.
I have apologized to my salesperson for my misunderstanding. My salesperson is from Porsche Vancouver, and I feel that he has been both professional and patient with me, to this day.
In other words, if you want to "win" one of the promotions from Porsche Canada too, just look at the official webpage and give your dealer a call.

^^ +1 sounds very fishy to me. I can tell you first hand Porsche Canada takes those surveys very seriously. Get it in writing from the GM directly before you agree to send in the survey, they will jump through hoops to ensure they get excellent reviews.

Did you lease a base Cayman? There was a no-charge scheduled maintenance offer on that car in November.
Offer actually expires Thursday. http://porschecentre.ca/specials/
(Full disclosure: I work at Porsche Canada.)
