For the OBDI all I used to use was a straightened out paper clip to jump the two pins.

This unit is on sale again at 100$, but I have looked at the ScanTool 425801 OBDLink SX USB and the BAFX Products Bluetooth OBD2 Scan Tool which connect to a computer and seem to give as much or more information for less money and with the display and memory of the computer available. Anyone have experience with these or similar products? My immediate need is for a 2002 GMC Sierra and a Toyota Yaris (forget the Porsches, lol...)

I downloaded Dash Command and got an ELM dongle to connect to the OBD2 port. It is much more than an OBD2 reader, though it will reset the CEL.
