There is an indoor DIY at Yonge and Steeles Esso, from what I recall about 8 bays. You take a ticket to enter then pay to exit.
Disclamer, It's been a few years but I'm assuming its still there.

There is an Esso car wash, 333 Davenport Rd.
Not worth $15 for a premium car wash, but maybe the basic $10? hey its downtown Toronto.
There are also a shell coin car wash, 1292 Dupont St.
Since i am living in downtown, I always go to the coin operating car wash. I bought some tools, few wheel brushes, solutions, etc.. So i wash my rims then rinse the whole car. There is a solution called EcoSmart from chemical guys. Basically you just spray it over the paint and wipe if off with microfiber towels. When i finish the whole car include wheels, I do my sealant(once few months) and wax(every one/two wash). I would do a two bucket method wash if I had a garage.
Hope this helps
