Question Looking for a place to buy rims in Toronto

I'm looking to buy some 18" rims for my '94 968. I like the speedline rims or I've seen some really awesome twist rims on a '95 928 GTS. They look like the speedline but have the twist. Can anyone recommend a good place to price these rims. I need to start saving for them.

Thanks

That's a good point mducharme. I only thought of them as a repair shop.

Thanks

Call Andy at Wheel and Tire Zone. Tell him that I referred you. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in the business. He's at 905-624-1577.

Yeah, my wheels are a bit of a biatch to clean but there are worse things in life. I love the look and the lightness of the weight of them.

That's great. I will definitely go and see them at Wheel and Tire Zone. Now, I just have to sell my 17" Cups. I just bought new tires on the back. What do you think I could get for them?

I don't know how much you could get for your wheels but I do know someone who would buy your car if you'll sell it (I'm not kidding).

The stock rims that are on it now are 16". I guess this is where the offset figures come into play. My tires now are 225/50/R16 front and rear. I would be interested if they would fit. I'll have to approach the 928 community and guru's, you know, the data bank I'm sure someone else has come across this issue. Tnx ..........Bill

Actually, Alon had you said that a couple of months ago I probably would of taken you up on it. But I just got new brakes, rotors, tune up and the car has never run better. I can't wait for warmer weather.

And by the way. I have winters on the car now (the original 16's that came with the car). The 17"s are stored in a nice warm, dry place.
