Been toying with the idea of importing a 993 from Japan into Taipei. has anyone done this before and any advise on resale complicationsof grey market imports (non Taiwan registered porsche) ?

still am without a 993, and the arena red one that was on the local OPC website was sold and saw it at tienmu last weekend, missed opportunity but am sure there will be some if i am patient.

Moving to Da Zhi Taipei end of 2012, thinking of taking my 07 c2s there! cannot wait to meet my fellow P car drivers there!!

Currently in Taipei for a few days, saw a white Cayman last night and a dark grey 997 tonight.

aloha, I am new to the forum and happy to see that there are fellas from Taiwan so just want to drop a line to say hello. does anyone have any good recommendations of where to get a 991 or 981 in Taiwan by the way? thanks in advance.

Fellow Taiwan Rennlist! I have been thinking to bring my back if/when I move back... I heard there are a lot of hurdle to go through... anyone has experience?

yeah, for some reason it is so difficult to find a forum, even though Taiwan's sales figure accounts for 60% of Asia Pacific region. Where does everybody go?

That's interesting. are there any P-Car meet in Taiwan? We have a lot of car and coffee meet at indy shop or dealership around here.

Yeah the best part is you get to see random people touch your baby and tell you your car do not fit "The Regulation". Here's your bill, plz fix it and come back, in case you still your car registered...
