Just shows the importance of taking care of the details when key people leave employ. Phones and email are ideally re-routed for as long as necessary - especially in a high touch or trust business.

I can't believe how many times insurance companies that my clients deal with have key client-facing employees leave and never check their Inbox, voicemail, etc.
