I got tired of piecing my Tire Pressure and Tire Temps history on various pieces of paper, so I put together an EXCEL doc so I would have an easily accessible electronic history, track by track. It is included here as a pdf file.

+1 IMO I would enhance the data collection by adding outside air temperature; weather condition, cloudy, partly sunny, sunny; and tire make/model. The hot pressure should be met and not exceed. Track conditions, deduced by weather condition, and outside air temperature influence the cold setting pressure. The delta tire pressure is different depending on track conditions and weather conditions
