Default Zone 1 PCA WGI 48, hotels?

Where are fellow rennlist members staying?

I only live an hour away, but last year, it seemed like it would be more enjoyable staying by the track.

Harbor Hotel is #1, otherwise there is the "Trump" Seneca, (for the nostalgic) and a few others in Montour Falls

Or, you can stay at the Hampton in Horseheads, Corning is not a bad drive either.

I've been at the Falls Motel in Montour Falls for almost 20 years! Clean rooms, close to the track, Mr. Mike is a great guy, and reasonably priced. I just got off the phone with Mike.

i'm staying at the Seneca for RTR in July. Seems to be the sentimental favorite, if a bit "rustic"

Budget inn is okay as well.

But if you bring a significant other with you stay at the harbor unless you want to get a divorce

I stayed at the best western hammondsport hotel last year at the FCA / Indycar event. Very nice property and rooms and very reasonable rates.

I've stayed in the newer Seneca cabins the last few times I've been at WGI. No TVs but the rooms were nice and clean.

The Seneca has lots of "character" and history. You can also hang out at the fire pits at night and hear great stories while enjoying a cool beer. Food is right there and good at night and at breakfast. I figure less driving means more fun! We booked Jan. 2nd when it opened for the new year.
